BSBB is progressively digitising PBRs and BMC records through a state-level biodiversity information portal, enabling real-time access to species records, conservation reports and ABS applications.
The initiative includes a mobile-friendly PBR data-entry app, GIS mapping of BMCs and an ABS workflow module for online applications and approvals.
Open datasets on Bihar's flora and fauna will be published under the National Data Sharing and Accessibility Policy (NDSAP).
